1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items damaged through misuse or negligence

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our support team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Ship the item(s) back using the instructions provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Notify you via email that we have received your returned item.
  • Inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us through our contact page with your order number and photos of the defect or damage.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photos of the issue.
  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank — processing times vary.
